Mark Radcliffe, a partner at DLA Piper and chair of DLA Piper’s Corporate Venture Program, has represented technology companies and their investors for more than 25 years. This presentation is based on his training program for corporate venture capitalists, which he has presented to numerous corporate venture capital groups.
